The present study was prepared with the aim of validating the facilitation index of women teachers’ path to taking on management positions among female teachers working at different educational levels in District 2 of Sanandaj city. Since its results can be used scientifically to evaluate the leadership strategies of female teachers, this research is a developmental and applied research. This research is a descriptive research that used documentary methods and interviews with relevant experts to collect data. Accordingly, by analyzing the content of the theoretical foundations and background of the research as well as the experts’ views, the most important and fundamental indicators and indicators of the facilitating strategy of female teachers’ leadership were identified after validation and elimination of weaker items according to the opinions of relevant experts. To validate the indicators identified from the research literature, all female teachers working in all levels of Sanandaj city in the academic year 1402-1403 with a population of 420 people were selected as the statistical population. The research sample included 201 teachers who participated in the research with the help of Morgan table using simple random method. Data analysis was performed after examining the content validity with confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis test. The indicators of strategies for assuming a management position are: healing processes and refining attitudes with 7 items, reviewing laws and policies with 8 items, and holding briefing meetings and workshops with 6 items. The results obtained from this research can be validated at a wider level of the scientific community and used to evaluate women's leadership strategies in other places and educational organizations.
