fa بررسی رابطه بین ارزش‌های دانشجو و تعهد حرفه ای: سهم واسطه گری شایستگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز مدیریت آموزش درسایر سازمان‌ها managing education in other organizations پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;">هدف پژوهش بررسی تأثیر ارزش‌های دانشجو، شایستگی تحصیلی و تعهد حرفه‌ای دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز بود. روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه تحقیق شامل 357 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز بود، که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس‌های ارزش‌های دانشجو، شایستگی تحصیلی و تعهد حرفه‌ای بود که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی آن‌ها، بین نمونه&shy; توزیع و داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که ارزش‌های دانشجویان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر شایستگی تحصیلی آنان دارد اما تأثیر معناداری بر تعهد حرفه‌ای مشاهده نگردید. همچنین شایستگی تحصیلی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد حرفه آنان داردکه بیانگر آن است که بین ارزش‌های دانشجویان با تعهد حرفه‌ای آنان به صورت غیرمستقیم با واسطه شایستگی تحصیلی آنان ارتباط وجود دارد. </span><span dir="LTR"></span> The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between student values and professional commitment and intermediation of academic competence of Shiraz University. The research method was a descriptive correlational study. The research sample consisted of 357 undergraduate students of Shiraz University who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research tools included student values, professional commitment and academic competence. After calculating their validity and reliability, they were distributed among the samples and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed that the student values have a positive and significant effect on academic competence but it hasn&rsquo;t significant effect on professional commitment. Also, academic competence has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment.
