fa بررسی رابطه بین مهارت‌‌‌‌‌‌های کوانتومی مدیران با بهسازی نظام تصمیم‌گیری با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سیاست‌گذاری مدیریت آموزش درسایر سازمان‌ها managing education in other organizations پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این پژوهش باهدف بررسی رابطه بین مهارت‌‌‌‌‌‌های کوانتومی مدیران و بهسازی نظام تصمیم‌گیری با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سیاست‌گذاری می‌باشد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از نظر ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- همبستگی ﺑﻮد‌‌‌‌‌. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺷﺎﻣﻞکلیه اﻋﻀﺎی هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران 1461 نفر بودند‌‌‌‌‌، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش نمونه‌گیری ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای 305 نفر جهت بررسی اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. برای برآورد حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد، ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارت‌‌‌‌‌‌های کوانتومی عظیمی و رضوی(1393) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سیاست‌گذاری و بهسازی نظام تصمیم‌‌گیری بود،&nbsp; تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌‌ها از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار&nbsp; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">SPSS, Lisrel</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> تحلیل شدند‌‌‌‌‌. ﻧﺘﺎیﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ نقش میانجی سیاست‌گذاری در ارتباط بین مهارت‌های احساس کوانتومی، شناخت کوانتومی، اعتماد کوانتومی، تفکر کوانتومی، دیدن کوانتومی، عمل کوانتومی، وجود کوانتومی با تصمیم‌گیری مثبت و معنی‌دار بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span> The purpose of this study&nbsp; is to investigate&nbsp; the relationship between&nbsp; managers&#39; quantum&nbsp; skills and to improve&nbsp; the decision-making&nbsp; system&nbsp; with an emphasis on the mediating role of policy-making. The research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all members of the faculty of Mazandaran Azad University, 1461 people, using the random sampling method of multi-stage clusters of 305 people were selected for study. Morgan&#39;s table was used to estimate the sample size. The data collection tools were a standard questionnaire for giant quantitative and Razavi quantum skills (2014) and a researcher-made questionnaire for policy making and improvement of the decision-making system.
