fa بررسی نقش معلمان پژوهشگر در تقویت و توسعه تفکر پژوهشی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">این پژوهش با هدف تعیین بررسی نقش معلمان پژوهشگر در تقویت و توسعه‌ی تفکر پژوهشی دانش‌آموزان دختر مدارس دولتی دوره‌ی ابتدایی شهر ساری (ناحیه یک) انجام شد.</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه‌ی</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> معلمان زن مشغول به خدمت دوره‌ی ابتدایی در شهرستان ساری در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 به تعداد 255 نفر بود </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه &shy;گیری تصادفی ساده 150 نفر به&shy;&shy;عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">برای گردآوری داده‌ها از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده گردید.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ی 37 سؤالی بود. </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روایی این پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن‌ از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (83/0) محاسبه گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy; ها از دو روش آماری شامل آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">(آزمون </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">T</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> تک‌نمونه&shy;ای)</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و جهت آنالیز از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> استفاده گردید.</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته&shy;ها نشان داد که بین کاربرد فرایند حل مسأله، استنتاج و کاوشگری، تشویق دانش‌&shy;آموزان در بکار&shy;گیری خلاقیت، کاربرد فرایند استدلال و کاربرد فرایند تحلیل توسط معلمان با تقویت و توسعه‌ی تفکر پژوهشی دانش‌آموزان رابطه‌ی معنی</span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">داری وجود داشت. نتایج حاصل از سؤال اصلی نشان داد که در مجموع بین تفکر پژوهشی معلمان بر تقویت و توسعه‌ی تفکر پژوهشی دانش‌آموزان رابطه وجود داشته است.</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span> The aim of this study was to determine the role of research teachers in strengthening and developing the research thinking of female students in public primary schools in Sari (District 1). In terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method, it was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included all female teachers working in primary school in Sari city in the academic year of 2009-2010 in the number of 255 people using Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling method of 150 people as a sample size. Were. Library and field methods were used to collect data. Data collection tools included a 37-item researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient (0.83). Two statistical methods including descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test) were used to analyze the data and SPSS software was used for analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the application of problem solving, inference and exploration, encouraging students to use creativity, application of reasoning process and application of analysis process by teachers with strengthening and developing students&#39; research thinking.
