fa فراتحلیل عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی معلمان جمهوری اسلامی ایران مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research این پژوهش به منظور توصیف، تحلیل و ترکیب ارائه شده در زمینه عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی است. روش این پژوهش از نوع فراتحلیل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را اسناد مکتوب اعم از پایان نامه ها، پژوهش ها و مقالات مندرج در مجلات علمی پژوهشی در بین سالهای 95-86 به موضوع عوامل همبسته با تعهد عاطفی پرداخته اند، تشکیل می داد. از بین آثار منتشر شده در دسترس که در پایگاه اطلاعاتی مگیران و آثار منتشر نشده بخش مرجع کتابخانه دانشگاه های محقق اردبیلی، تهران و ارومیه، تعداد 16 سند در 63 عامل پژوهشی انتخاب شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از&nbsp; هر یک از اسناد و پژوهشهای مورد نظر با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">CMA-2</span> و&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">SPSS 22</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مقدار شاخص خی دو 0/317و مقدار اندازه اثر در مدل ثابت 0/158محاسبه شده است و بررسی این مطالعات 63 عامل اثرگذار شناسایی و اثرگذاری آنها معنادار ارزیابی شد. کلیه مقادیر مذکور در سطح اطمینان 95 درصدی معنادار ارزیابی شده است. This research is intended to describe, analyze, and combine the presented in the field of factors correlated with emotional commitment. The method of this research is a meta-analysis. The statistical population of the present study consisted of written documents including theses, researches and articles in scientific journals between the years of 1995-86 on the subject of affective factors with emotional commitment. Of the published works available in the Magiran database and the unpublished works of the reference section of the University of Mohaghegh Ardebili, Tehran and Urmia, 16 documents were selected in 63 research subjects. Data collected from each of the documents and researches were analyzed using CMA-2 and SPSS-22 software. The findings of this study showed that the value of xi index is 0.797 and the magnitude of the effect size in the fixed model is 0.158. In the study, 63 effective factors were identified and their significance was evaluated.
