fa تدوین و رواسنجی مدل مدیریت مدرسه محور بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین Developing and Validating a School-Based Management Model Based on of the Fundamental Reform Document مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و رواسنجی مدل مدیریت مدرسهمحور بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین بود که با رویکرد ترکیبی آمیخته اکتشافی انجام‌شده است که در بخش کیفی روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، اسناد، متخصصان حوزه مدیریت مدرسهمحور و مدیران مدارس با تجربه عملی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری 20 نفر به عنوان مشارکت کننده انتخاب شدند. دادهها با بهرهگیری از تحلیل محتوای کیفی از اسناد و ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. نتیجۀ تحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی منجر به شناسایی 121 مضمون پایه در زمینۀ مدیریت مدرسهمحور گردید که در قالب 6 مضمون فراگیر و 16 مضمون سازماندهنده ، سازمان‌دهی شدند. در بخش کمی مدیران، معاونان و معلمان مدارس استان سمنان (9000 نفر) جامعه آماری را تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای تعداد 267 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این بخش برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه تدوین شده برگرفته از دادههای کیفی پژوهش استفاده شد و برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی و برای محاسبه پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی نشان داد که 16 مضمون سازماندهنده استخراج شده دارای بار عاملی کافی جهت سنجش ابزار اندازهگیری مدیریت مدرسهمحور است. نتایج نشان داد که این پرسشنامه به لحاظ کمی از روایی و پایایی لازم برخوردار است و در نتیجه مقیاس نهایی با 6 زیرنظام و 121 نشانگر مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و ابزاری جهت سنجش مدیریت مدرسهمحور بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین معرفی شد. The aim of this study was to develop and validate a school-based management model based on the fundamental reform document which has been done with an exploratory mixed approach that in the qualitative part, the content analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis were used. The statistical population of the qualitative part included documents, school-based management specialists and school principals with practical experience that theoretical purposive sampling method has been utilized. Data was collected using qualitative content analysis of documents and semi-structured interviews with 20 school-based management specialists and school principals with practical experience. The result of data analysis in the qualitative part led to the identification of 121 basic themes in the field of school-based management which were organized in the form of six global themes and 16 organizing themes. In quantitative part, principals, deputies and teachers of schools in Semnan province formed the statistical population that 267 people were selected as the sample through stratified random sampling method. In this part, in order to collect data, a questionnaire based on qualitative research data was used and to assess the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used, respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that 16 extracted organizing themes have sufficient factor load to measure school-based management measurement tool. The results indicated that this questionnaire has the necessary validity and reliability in terms of quantity.
