fa شناسایی مؤلفه‌های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه در دانش‌آموزان پایه دهم مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌&shy;های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه برای دانش&shy;‌آموزان پایه دهم بود که می‌تواند به جریان افزایش انگیزش و دلبستگی دانش‌&shy;آموزان کمک کند. روش پژوهش، کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد قیاسی با استناد از رویکرد آتراید&shy;&ndash;استرلینگ مؤلفه های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه طراحی شد. جامعه آماری کلیه اسناد، متون (101 کتاب، مقالات علمی و پایان نامه آنلاین و ثبت&shy;شده در پایگاه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های اطلاعات علمی الکترونیک) بود. پس از مطالعه، انتخاب و کدگذاری متون مقالات مرتبط با انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه، تعداد 7 مضمون سازمان&shy;دهنده شناسایی و از این مضامین 28 مضمون پایه استخراج گردید. به منظور اعتبارسنجی آماری از طریق تأیید خبرگان، شاخص اعتبار محتوا (<span dir="LTR">CVI</span>) 92/0 به دست آمد. برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب هولستی 85٪ بهره گرفته شد که نشان&shy;دهنده قابلیت اطمینان مطلوب بود. با شناخت و شناسایی مؤلفه&shy;‌های انگیزشی-دلبستگی به مدرسه، امکان تدوین بسته&shy;‌های آموزشی متناسب برای دوره&shy;‌های مختلف تحصیلی فراهم می&shy;‌شود و می&shy;‌توان معلمان و دانش&shy;آموزان را در رابطه با مؤلفه&shy;‌های مذکور، توانمند نمود. The purpose of this study was to identify the components of motivation-attachment to schoolin Tenth Grade Students that can help increase the motivation and attachment of students. The research method was qualitatively designed using the method of content analysis with a deductive approach based on the Attride-Stirling approach of motivational components-school attachment. Statistical community of all documents, texts (101 sources including books, scientific articles and online dissertations and registered in electronic scientific databases). After studying, selecting and coding the texts of articles related to motivation-attachment to school, 7 organizing themes were identified and 28 basic themes were extracted from these themes. For statistical validation through expert verification, the content validity index (CVI) was 0.92. A holistic coefficient of %85 was used to measure reliability, which indicated good reliability.
