fa تجربه زیسته اعضای کانون صنفی معلمان از فعالیت‌ها و مشکلات صنفی معلمان (مورد مطالعه: اعضای کانون صنفی معلمان استان آذربایجان شرقی) Lived Experience of Teachers ':union: Members' Activities and Problems of Teachers ':union: (Case Study: Members of East Azerbaijan Teachers' :union:) مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی تجارب زیسته اعضای کانون صنفی معلمان استان آذربایجان شرقی از چالش ها و مشکلات صنفی معلمان بود. ماهیت این پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی مبتنی بر تجارب زیسته اعضای کانون صنفی معلمان بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه اعضای کانون صنفی معلمان استان آذربایجان شرقی بود، که  12 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با لحاظ اشباع نظری از بین معلمان که دارای تجربه فعالیت صنفی بودند، دعوت به همکاری شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. جهت تایید روایی و دقت پژوهش، معتبر بودن، اطمینان پذیری و قابلیت تایید داده ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش کلایزی انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش درمجموع، دارای دو بعد کلی : 1- فعالیتها‌ی کانون صنفی معلمان (شامل: 5 تم اصلی: بهبود معیشت معلمان، تعامل و چانه زنی فرهنگی- سیاسی، اصلاح مشکلات نظام آموزشی، ارتقاء هویت حرفه ای معلمان، سازماندهی و مدیریت اعتراضات، و 2- مشکلات و چالش های کانون صنفی معلمان (شامل 3 تم اصلی: مشکلات و موانع حکومتی،مشکلات درون صنفی فعالان، مشکلات مرتبط با معلمان) بود. نتایج نشان داد که معلمان سعی دارند با تشکیل صنف های مدنی و غیرسیاسی مطالبات خود را بر دولت عرضه داشته و فشار لازم را ایجاد نماید. در این میان اصلی ترین این تشکل ها که فاقد هر گونه وابستگی به دولت و سیاست است، کانون صنفی مستقل معلمان است که در راستای احقاق حقوق و مطالبات معلمان فعالیت می کند. The purpose of the present study was to identify the lived experiences of the members of the East Azarbaijan Teachers 'Union of the challenges and problems of the teachers' union. The nature of this research was a qualitative descriptive phenomenology based on the lived experiences of the members of the teachers' union. The statistical population of the study included all members of the East Azarbaijan Teachers' Union, where 12 people were invited to participate using purposive sampling method and in terms of theoretical saturation among teachers who had experience in union activities. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. To confirm the validity and accuracy of the research, the validity, reliability and verifiability of the data were examined. Data were analyzed using Klaizi method. . In general, the research findings included two general dimensions: 1- activities of Teachers' Union (including 5 main themes:  improving teachers , Cultural-political interaction and bargaining , Correcting the problems of the educational system ,Improving the professional identity of teachers , Organizing and managing protests), 2- problems and challenges of Teachers' Union( including 3 main themes: government problems and obstacles, Problems within the union of activists , Problems related to teachers). The results showed that teachers are trying to present their demands to the government and create the necessary pressure by forming civil and non-political classes.
