fa راهکارهای بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران مدارس متوسطه اول شهر بیرجند مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی راهکارهایی برای بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران در مدارس بوده است. میدان پژوهش مدارس متوسطه اول شهر بیرجند انتخاب شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، محقق با روش پژوهش مطالعه موردی و با رویکرد کیفی، ادراک مدیران از عوامل تقویت&shy;کننده و عوامل بازدارنده رفتار کارآفرینانه را بررسی کرده و راهکارهایی برای بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانه در مدارس ارائه داده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش شامل چهار مدیر مدرسه متوسطه اول بودند که توانسته بودند فعالیت‌های قابل ملاحظه‌ای در زمینه کارآفرینی آموزشی انجام دهند. به&shy;منظور گردآوری داده&shy;های موردنیاز از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و تحلیل اسناد استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری در دو مرحله کدگذاری باز و محوری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل پیش‌برنده رفتار کارآفرینانه شامل انگیزه، ریسک‌پذیری، کار تیمی، آموزش، و پشتیبانی است. همچنین عوامل بازدارنده شامل موانع ساختاری، موانع ارتباطی، و محدودیت زمان برای کارآفرینی در مدارس است. راهکارهای موثر جهت بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانه مدیران در مدارس شامل سرمایه&shy;گذاری در حوزه کارآفرینی، توجه به یادگیری عملیاتی، تعیین چشم&shy;انداز و همکاری نهاد آموزش و پرورش با سایر نهادها شناسایی شد. این راهکارها که برآمده از تجربه مدیران مدارس موفق هستند می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان در ترویج رفتارهای کارآفرینانه در نظام آموزش و پرورش کمک نماید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:1.0cm"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">aim </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">of this research was to identify ways to improve the entrepreneurial behavior of<span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">principals</span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> in schools. The field of this research was the first secondary schools of Birjand city. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher has investigated the </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">principals</span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">&#39; perception of the factors that enhance and inhibit entrepreneurial behavior with the method of case study research and with a qu</span>alitative approach, and has provided solutions to improve entrepreneurial behavior in schools. The participants in the research included four principals of the first secondary school who had been able to perform significant activities in the field of educational entrepreneurship. In order to collect the required data, semi-structured interviews and document analysis were used. The data was analyzed using the coding method in two stages of open and axial coding. The results of this research showed that the most important factors driving entrepreneurial behavior include motivation, risk-taking, teamwork, training, and support. Also, the inhibiting factors include structural barriers, communication barriers, and time constraints for entrepreneurship in schools. Effective solutions to improve the entrepreneurial behavior of principals in schools including investing in the field of entrepreneurship, paying attention to operational learning, determining the vision and cooperation of the education institution with other institutions were identified.
