fa سنجش پاسخگویی اجتماعی مدارس ابتدایی ارومیه مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف اصلی این پژوهش سنجش پاسخگویی اجتماعی مدارس ابتدایی شهر ارومیه بود.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری داده&shy; ها، پیمایشی از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهر ارومیه در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399به تعداد 2329 نفر بود که با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه&shy; ای تک مرحله&shy;ای و جدول مورگان</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;تعداد 327 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده&shy; ها از پرسش&shy;نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.&nbsp; برای روایی محتوایی پرسش&shy;نامه از نظرات اساتید در رشته علوم تربیتی استفاده شد و پایی پرسش&shy;نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری&nbsp; با استفاده از نرم افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">SPSS28</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">PLS3</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که پاسخگویی اجتماعی مدارس ابتدایی ارومیه دارای شش مولفه پیامدهای پاسخگویی اجتماعی، فرهیختگی جامعه و مدارس، مدرسه اخلاقی و آگاهی شهروندی، توجه مدرسه به نیازهای جامعه و مطالبه&shy; گری مردم، قوانین پاسخگویی اجتماعی مدارس و وضعیت رفاهی جامعه و معلمان می&shy;باشد که این مولفه&shy; ها در سطح مطلوبی در مدارس ابتدایی ارومیه قرار دارند. رتبه&shy; بندی مولفه&shy; های پاسخگویی اجتماعی مدارس ابتدایی ارومیه متفاوت است و مولفه پیامدهای پاسخگویی اجتماعی بالاترین رتبه و مولفه وضعیت رفاهی جامعه و معلمان پایین&shy;ترین رتبه را دارا است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:110.9pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of this research was to to Measuring social accountability of elementary schools in Urmia</span><span b="" dir="RTL" mitra="" style="font-family:">.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The study is a cross-sectional survey based on the applied purpose and from the perspective of data collection. The statistical population of the study was all 2329 elementary school teachers in Urmia who were selected as a statistical sample using one-stage cluster sampling and Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. For the content validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of professors in the field of educational sciences were used and the validity of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of 0.95. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS28 and PLS3 software were used to analyze the data.The results showed that the social accountability of elementary schools has six components: the consequences of social accountability, the culture of society and schools, moral school and citizenship awareness, the school&#39;s attention to the needs of society and the demands of the people, the rules of social accountability of schools and the welfare of society and teachers. May these components be at a desirable level in elementary schools in Urmia.
