fa شناسایی عوامل موثر بر دموکراسی آموزشی در مدارس خلاق در دوره ابتدایی مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt">هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر دموکراسی آموزشی در مدارس خلاق در دوره ابتدایی بود. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی، و از نظر ماهیت محتوایی کیفی از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد بود. در مرحله کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری استفاده شد. داده‌ها بدست آمده بر اساس روش اشتراوس و کوربین مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت؛ که در نتیجه 51 کدباز، 10کد محوری، و در نهایت بر اساس مدل پارادایمی، 5 کد انتخابی (شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌ای، راهبردها و پیامدها) بدست آمد. جهت تعیین روایی و پایایی در مرحله کیفی &nbsp;از ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد. همچنین با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول، روایی همگرایی و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. جامعه آماری در این بخش، معلمان شاغل در شهرستان نمین به تعداد 905 نفر (432&nbsp; نفر زن و 473 نفر مرد) در سال تحصیلی1403-1402 بودند، که بر اساس جدول مورگان و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای و نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نمونه‌ای به حجم 270 نفر انتخاب شدند. طبق نتایج بدست آمده می‌توان اذعان داشت که آموزش و پرورش نقش اساسی در تربیت شهروندی، آموزش و توسعه حقوق انسانی دارد. با دموکراسی در آموزش می‌توان تعارض بین فرد و اجتماع را حل نمود. همچنین رویکرد دموکراسی آموزشی در یک سیستم می‌توان به توسعه فردی در فراگیران و تحرک اجتماعی دست یافت. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود جو و سبک رهبری در سیستم‌های آموزشی اتخاذ شود که به باورهای فردی دانش‌آموزان توجه داشته و زمینه را برای رشد فردی فراهم آورد.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The aim of the present study was to identify the factors affecting educational democracy in creative schools in the primary period. The current research was of the type of foundational data theory from the point of view of the applied goal, and in terms of the qualitative nature of the content. In the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were used until reaching theoretical saturation. The obtained data were analyzed according to Strauss and Corbin&#39;s method; As a result, 51 open codes, 10 central codes, and finally, based on the paradigm model, 5 selected codes (causal conditions, background conditions, intervention conditions, strategies and consequences) were obtained. Cohen&#39;s kappa coefficient was used to determine validity and reliability in the qualitative phase. Also, using first-order confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity and composite reliability were calculated. The statistical population in this department was 905 teachers working in Nemin city (432 women and 473 men) in the academic year1402- 1403</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">which was based on the Morgan table and by the multi-stage cluster random</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">sampling method and stratified random sampling. 270 people were selected. According to the obtained results, it can be acknowledged that education plays an essential role in citizenship education, education and development of human rights. With democracy in education, the conflict between the individual and society can be resolved. Also, the approach of educational democracy in a system can achieve individual development in learners and social mobility.
