The synthesis research method was used for the study. The research environment included all foreign articles of 2009-2024 and domestic articles (1391-1402). The purposeful sampling method was carried out until the theoretical saturation of the data and based on the screening method, a number of 54 cases were accepted. (Emerald, Google Scholar, Elsevier, Springer, Sage Publication, etc.) and scientific articles were extracted and the articles were studied. Providing validity based on experts&#39; opinions and validating the concept rereading method and reliability were used. The method of data analysis was done in the form of open concepts, organizing concepts, and comprehensive concepts.
