fa هنجاریابی مقیاس ارزیابی «خلاقیت مدیریتی» مدیران مدارس مدیریت آموزش درسایر سازمان‌ها managing education in other organizations پژوهشي Research <p align="center" dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر هدفی دوگانه دارد؛ نخست، بومی‌سازی پرسشنامه ارزیابی خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران، از دیدگاه دبیران دبیرستان‌ها و دوم، ارائه نیمرخی از وضعیت خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران مدارس متوسطه سنندج با استفاده از آن. جهت‌گیری معرفت‌شناسی این تحقیق اثبات‌گرایانه با رویکرد کمی و روش تحقیق ارزشیابی بوده است. از جامعه آماری تحقیق که شامل 1256 نفر دبیران دبیرستان‌های سنندج بودند، با استفاده از جدول مورگان، تعداد 296 تن به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی روایی پرسشنامه ارزیابی خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران مدارس و با استفاده ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. یافته&shy;ها نشان داد که پرسشنامه ارزیابی خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران مدارس می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک ابزار روا و پایا در پژوهش‌های محققان آموزشی میان مدیران مدارس ایرانی به کار رود. همچنین،<span dir="LTR">‌</span> درمجموع، دبیران میزان خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران دبیرستان‌های محل کار خود را در سطح بالا ارزیابی کرده بودند. جنسیت دبیران تأثیری در ارزیابی میزان خلاقیت مدیریتی مدیران مدارس نداشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p>This was a dual purpose study, the first of which is normalization of managerial creativity assessment scale from the perspective of high school teachers; the second purpose establishes a profile of the qualification of the managerial creativity of the school principals of Sanandaj using this standard tool. The current reaserch had a positivist epistemological orientation with a quantitative aprroach and evaluation method. The study population included 1256 Sanandaj high school teachers using Morgan table, 296 teachers were selected by stratified random sampling. After assessing the validity of the of managerial creativity using factor analysis and reliability using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient the scale was used to assess managerial creativity of principals and the impact of demographic variables on how to assess the teacher. The results showed that teachers evaluated managerial creativity of managers at a high level in their workplace.
