fa رهبری یادگیری - محور و انگیزش پژوهش: تنیدگی یادگیری و پژوهش در پرتو تعاملات مدیر – معلم مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط رهبری یادگیری‌محور و انگیزش پژوهش در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان شهریار در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. این مطالعه به روش تحقیق آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) طراحی شده و در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان &nbsp;شهریار و در بخش کیفی، مدیران این مدارس را شامل می‌شد. تعداد ۳۵۱ معلم به روش خوشه&shy;ای و ۱۵ مدیر به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و از پرسش‌نامه‌ و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌های کمی با استفاده از آزمون&shy;های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. برای تحلیل داده&shy;ها در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری و مقوله بندی استفاده شد. نتایج کمی نشان داد که رهبری یادگیری‌محور و انگیزش پژوهش معلمان در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند و بین رهبری یادگیری‌محور مدیران و انگیزه درونی و بیرونی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. اما این رابطه با پیشگیری از شکست معنی دار نیست. در بخش کیفی، راهبردهای رهبری یادگیری‌محور شامل شوق‌آفرینی، حمایت و همکاری برای یادگیری بودند. چالش‌ها شامل بوروکراسی، ناکارآمدی مدیران، مسائل اجتماعی و اقتصادی، و مشکلات انگیزشی و آموزشی بودند. پیامدهای پیاده‌سازی شامل یادگیری تحول‌آفرین، پژوهش‌های کاربردی، و توسعه مهارت‌های تخصصی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری یادگیری‌محور در افزایش انگیزش پژوهش نقش اساسی دارد و شناسایی چالش‌ها، راهکارها و پیامدهای آن می‌تواند به بهبود سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های آموزشی در مدارس ابتدایی کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:black">The present study aimed to examine the relationship between learning-centered leadership and research motivation in primary schools in Shahriyar County during the 2023-2024 academic year. This research was designed as a mixed-methods study (quantitative-qualitative), with the quantitative phase focusing on primary school teachers and the qualitative phase involving school principals. A total of 351 teachers were selected through cluster sampling, and 15 principals were chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, t-tests, and structural equation modeling. In the qualitative phase, data were analyzed through coding and categorization. The quantitative results indicated that both learning-centered leadership and research motivation among teachers were in favorable conditions, with a significant positive relationship between learning-centered leadership practices by school principals and teachers&rsquo; intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. However, no significant relationship was found between learning-centered leadership and the prevention of failure. In the qualitative phase, leadership strategies for learning-centered leadership included enthusiasm-building, support, and collaboration for learning. The challenges identified were bureaucracy, ineffective leadership, social and economic issues, and motivational and educational problems. The outcomes of implementation included transformative learning, applied research, and the development of specialized skills. In conclusion, the findings of this study demonstrate that learning-centered leadership plays a critical role in enhancing research motivation.
