fa واکاوی نقش مهارت‌های اشتغال‌پذیری بر عدم تطابق تحصیل-شغل در بین فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی مدیریت آموزش در آموزش عالی managing education in higher education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یکی از مسائل اصلی در مورد اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاهی، غلبه بر مشکلات عدم تطابق بین تحصیلات و نیازهای مشاغل در بازار کار است.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی نقش مهارت&shy;های اشتغال&shy; پذیری بر عدم تطابق تحصیل-شغل در بین فارغ &shy;التحصیلان دانشگاهی انجام شده است. </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">این </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">از نظر هدف کاربردی </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">و </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">از نظر گردآوری داده&shy;ها توصیفی است</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">جامعه آماری پژوهش، فارغ &shy;التحصیلان دانشگاه ارومیه در سال&shy;های 1390 تا 1400 بودند که از میان آن&shy;ها 631 نفر به روش طبقه &shy;ای نسبی و به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارت های اشتغال پذیری و عدم تطابق افقی تحصیل- شغل استفاده شد سنجش متغیر &quot;عدم تطابق عمودی تحصیل-شغل&quot; با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی آن به تایید اساتید راهنما رسیده و ضریب پایایی، 754/0 بدست آمده است. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل&shy;سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته که شامل تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، تحلیل مسیر و رگرسیون چندگانه است. یافته&shy;ها نشان داد به طور کلی مهارت&shy;های اشتغال&shy;پذیری فارغ&shy;التحصیلان دانشگاهی بر عدم تطابق تحصیل-شغل تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تاثیر </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">مهارت&shy;های اشتغال&shy;پذیری فارغ &shy;التحصیلان دانشگاهی بر عدم تطابق افقی و عمودی تحصیل-شغل نیز تایید گردید. همچنین بین فارغ&shy;التحصیلان گروه&shy;های عمده آموزشی دانشگاهی از نظر مهارت&shy;های اشتغال&shy;پذیری، عدم تطابق افقی تحصیل-شغل و عدم تطابق عمودی تحصیل-شغل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. با توجــه بــه یافته&shy; های پژوهش می &shy;توان بیان کرد توسـعه&shy;ی مهارت‌های اشتغال&shy; پذیری و انطبـاق تحصیلات فارغ&shy; التحصیلان دانشگاه&shy;ها بـا نیازهـای شـغلی و حرفـه&shy; ای حائـز اهمیـت جـدی است که باید مـورد توجه قـرار گیـرد</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">One of the main problems regarding the employment of university graduates is education-job mismatch in the labor market. The goal of this study was analyzing the role of employability skills on the education-job mismatch among university graduates. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research was the graduates of Urmia University between 2011 and 2021, of which 631 people were selected by Relative stratified random sampling method. To collect information, the standard questionnaire of employability skills and the horizontal education-job mismatch were used. Vertical education-job mismatch questionnaire was made by the researcher. To analyze the data, the structural equation modeling method was used. which includes confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and multiple regression. The findings showed that, the employability skills of university graduates have a positive and significant effect on the education-job mismatch.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Also, the effect of the employability skills of university graduates on the horizontal and vertical mismatch were confirmed. There is a significant difference between the graduates of major educational groups in terms of employability skills, horizontal mismatch and vertical education-job mismatch.
