fa طراحی الگوی رهبری اجتماعات عملی برای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی ایران مدیریت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش managing education in education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی رهبری اجتماعات عملی برای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی ایران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پایه بوده و داده‌ها</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شدند</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">. مشارکت‌کنندگان، 30 نفر از مدیران، معاونان آموزشی و معلمان خبرۀ در دسترس بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت نظام‌مند و مرحله‌ای انجام شد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که ابتدا مفاهیم اولیه از دل داده‌ها استخراج، سپس مفاهیم هم‌معنا در قالب مقوله‌های مفهومی دسته‌بندی و در نهایت، مقوله‌های اصلی پژوهش شناسایی شدند. در مجموع، 65 مفهوم اولیه، 9 مقولۀ مفهومی و 2 مقولۀ اصلی استخراج گردید. بر اساس یافته‌ها، مقوله اصلی &laquo;عقاید و باورهای مدیران مدارس برای رهبری اجتماعات عملی&raquo; شامل 23 مفهوم اولیه در قالب 4 مقوله مفهومی و مقوله اصلی &laquo;</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">رفتارها و راهبردهای مدیران مدارس برای رهبری اجتماعات عملی</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">&raquo;</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">شامل 42 مفهوم اولیه در قالب 5 مقوله مفهومی است</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">. </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتایج نشان می‌دهد &quot;نهادینه کردن فرهنگ مشورت و هم‌افزایی موثر&quot;،&quot;ایجاد جو دوستانه در فضای کاری&quot;، &quot;شخصیت و منش مدیر&quot; و &quot;به‌روز‌رسانی دانش، اطلاعات و آگاهی مدیران و معلمان&quot; مقوله‌های مفهومی مرتبط با عقاید و باورهای مدیران مدارس است. همچنین &quot;سبک مدیریت و رهبری&quot;، &quot;توانمندسازی معلمان و کادر معاونین&quot;،&quot;به‌کارگیری رویکرد حل مساله در برخورد با چالش‌ها&quot;، &quot;استمرار و پیگیری اجرای موثر طرح‌ها&quot; و &quot;بسترسازی نرم برای پیاده‌سازی اجتماعات عملی&quot; مقوله‌های مفهومی مربوط به رفتارها و راهبردهای مدیران مدارس </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">است. </span>&nbsp;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">برای قابلیت اعتماد یافته‌ها، از راهبردهایی مانند بازبینی همکاران، خودبازبینی پژوهشگر، مستندسازی فرآیند پژوهش و </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">توصیف مفصل محیط و شرکت&shy;کنندگان در پژوهش </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">استفاده شد. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتایج پژوهش علاوه بر تشویق توسعۀ اجتماعات عملی در مدارس، می‌تواند به عنوان منبعی مفید برای آموزش و بهسازی مدیران مدارس به کار رود. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study aimed to design a leadership model for communities of practice for Iranian primary school principals. The research adopted a basic qualitative approach, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Participants included 30 accessible and experienced school principals, instructional deputies, and teachers. Data analysis was conducted systematically and in stages: initial concepts were first identified from the data, then conceptually similar ideas were grouped into conceptual categories, and finally, the main categories of the study were derived. Overall, 65 initial concepts, 9 conceptual categories, and 2 main categories were identified.The main category of school principals&rsquo; beliefs and ideas for leading communities of practice comprised 23 initial concepts organized into four conceptual categories. The second main category, school principals&rsquo; behaviors and strategies for leading communities of practice, included 42 initial concepts classified into five conceptual categories. The findings showed that institutionalizing a culture of consultation and effective synergy, creating a friendly working environment, the principal&rsquo;s personality and character, and updating the knowledge and awareness of principals and teachers were associated with principals&rsquo; beliefs and ideas. In addition, management and leadership style, empowering teachers and deputy staff, adopting a problem-solving approach to challenges, continuity and follow-up of effective implementation of plans, and providing soft infrastructure for the implementation of communities of practice were identified as categories related to principals&rsquo; behaviors and strategies.To enhance the trustworthiness of the findings, strategies such as peer review, researcher self-reflexivity, documentation of the research process, and rich description of the research setting and participants were employed.
