fa بررسی اثربخشی شیوه‌های آموزش مدیریت بحران بر یادگیری داوطلبین طرح دوام (نمونه موردی منطقه 6 تهران) مدیریت آموزش درسایر سازمان‌ها managing education in other organizations پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی شیوه‌های آموزش مدیریت بحران بر یادگیری داوطلبین طرح دوام در منطقه 6 شهر تهران انجام گرفته است. پژوهش توصیفی و پیمایشی و جزء تحقیقات کاربردی است. جامعه آماری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">210</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نفر از داوطلبین طرح دوام منطقه 6 تهران از ابتدا تا نیمسال دوم 94 و با حجم نمونه 136 نفر(طبق جدول مورگان)، به روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب گردیده است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه 30 سؤالی محقق ساخته بوده است که پس از تأیید روایی صوری و پایایی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (872/₀₌</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&alpha;</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) به اجرا درآمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> تک گروهی، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> دو گروه و فریدمن استفاده شد. بر اساس آزمون فریدمن، از دیدگاه داوطلبین، آموزش تئوری مدیریت بحران، بر یادگیری داوطلبین کمترین اهمیت و استفاده از مربیان مرتبط بیشترین اهمیت را در میان مؤلفه‌های اثربخشی شیوه‌های آموزش مدیریت بحران دارد. نتایج آماری مشخص می‌کند که، همگی مؤلفه‌های شیوه‌های آموزش مدیریت بحران بر یادگیری داوطلبین طرح دوام تأثیر گذار است، در نتیجه می‌توان گفت، شیوه‌های آموزش مدیریت بحران بر یادگیری داوطلبین طرح دوام تأثیر گذار است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <br> <br> The purpose of the current study was to the studying effectiveness of training methods of disaster management on DAWAM design volunteer learning in district 6 Tehran. This search is descriptive and survey and this is the part of application researches; the population 210 persons from the volunteers of DAWAM design in district 6 Tehran and the sample was 136 person (conformity Morgan table) that have selected the multistage cluster sampling method.&nbsp; The collecting information tools are 30 questions, questionnaire investigator made (likert)that after confirmation of the formal validity and reliability performanention the coefficient Coronbach s Alpha (&alpha;=0.872) .For analysis data used from one sample T test, two sample T test , Friedmann.The&nbsp; base of Friedmann test , from volunteers perpective ,education of disaster management theory, have on volunteers learning the least importance and using from connected educators have the most importance middle effectiveness&nbsp; items methods of education disaster management.
