Customized learning is a process of education in which educational content, methods, pace, and learning path are adjusted and designed based on the characteristics, interests, needs, abilities, and individual goals of each learner; so that each individual can have a meaningful and effective learning experience in a flexible and diverse educational environment, in accordance with their learning style and capacity. However, the fundamental question is what are the dimensions and components of customized learning in the age of artificial intelligence and what model can be drawn for it? The research method was mixed qualitative (center study and qualitative content analysis). The research field included all articles published in the period 2020-2025, as well as the information domain of artificial intelligence, and the purposive sampling method was carried out until data saturation, with 36 articles and 24 conversation units with artificial intelligence, which were selected by screening. The method of collecting information was to refer to reputable domestic and foreign scientific databases, as well as to ask questions from Chat GPT, Jasper. Data analysis was based on the classification of open concepts, main categories, and comprehensive concepts. The reliability, confirmability, and transferability methods were used to ensure the validity and validation of the data. In general, the results showed that the customized learning model in the era of artificial intelligence consisted of six dimensions (content personalization, adaptive learning, learning management and self-regulation, intelligent interaction and communication, data analysis and data-based learning, accessibility, and temporal-spatial flexibility). The result is that customized learning in the age of artificial intelligence, relying on analytical and adaptive technologies, adjusts the educational environment to suit the individual characteristics, interests, speed and needs of the learner and creates an effective, meaningful and motivating educational experience through intelligent content, advanced interactions and learning data analysis.
